We don't do fancy, we do real, bold barbecue built the right way: slow, smoky, unapologetically intense, and rooted in Southern tradition. Description

All our Meats are Slow Wood Smoked from 9 hrs to 18 hrs on our custom Wood Smoker. All our meats start off with our custom dry rub, then cooked till their mouth watering Tender. Then they are topped off with our own BBQ Sauces. A Sweet Maple Sauce made from New England Maple syrup, Our Mild Sauce with home grown Jalapeno then our spicy Sauce made from home grown ghost peppers. Then you get to choose from 6 of our home made sides from scratch.
